To meet Sea Power 21 objectives and to increase efficiency, the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers have established the Seaport Enhanced (Seaport-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle. Seaport-e is the Navy’s platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including engineering, financial management and program management.
This contract vehicle utilizes a web-based, e-business procurement portal that provides standardized and efficient means of soliciting offers in response to task orders issued under this contract. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform.
